Placing an order

Placing an Order By placing an order on LP Signature Gallery, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and ensure that all payment details are correct. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including instances where pricing errors or stock issues occur. Confirmation of your order will be sent via email once payment is processed.



Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide estimated delivery times based on your location. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs inspections. LP Signature Gallery is not liable for any delays or additional charges incurred during shipping. Tracking information will be provided to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

 We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for items in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items are inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
